One of Bree's overseas invention patents has been authorized by Japan

Our company's patent application JP2016555542 related to the nitride red phosphor recently received the authorization notice from the Japanese Patent Office.
The newly authorized patent relates to a new type of nitride red phosphor and a light emitting device using the new type of nitride red phosphor. This new type of nitride red phosphor adopts a three-layer structure design scheme. Compared with traditional nitride red phosphors (such as CASN, SCASN), it further improves the thermal stability and durability of the phosphor in the LED application environment.
At present, this new type of nitride red phosphor has been authorized in many countries and regions such as Mainland China, the United States, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan, China. The patent layout and protection have been completed. An important breakthrough is of great significance to the patent protection of LED packaging devices in my country.
