On the afternoon of September 21, 2019, the 9th Nanjing Science and Technology Academic Annual Conference opened in Nanjing S&T Museum jointly organized by Nanjing Association For Science and Technology and Nanjing Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and the 13th Nanjing “Top Ten Science and Technology Stars” was held here at the same time. Zhang Jinghua, member of the Standing Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the Secretary of Nanjing Municipal Party Committee, and Shen Wenzu, the Deputy Secretary of Nanjing Municipal Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony. With the theme of deepening the innovation of building a famous city and increasing the priority of innovation, the 9th Nanjing Science and Technology Annual Conference aims to inspire scientific and technological workers in Nanjing who have made major contributions to scientific research, technological development and application, and popularization of science. Every two years， 10 scientific and technical workers in Nanjing are selected as the "Top Ten Science and Technology Stars" Chairman He Jinhua was awarded the 13th Nanjing “Top Ten Science and Technology Stars” at the opening ceremony.
After the awarding ceremony, Secretary Zhang Jinghua had a discussion with the "Top Ten Science and Technology Stars". He solicited opinions and suggestions on Nanjing's work, especially the work of scientific and technological innovation. At the symposium, the newly "Top Ten Science and Technology Stars" actively offered advice and suggestions for the construction of Nanjing's innovative city.

The product performance keep up with the advanced level of the same products abroad and Bree has broken themonopoly of foreign technology and market, and been the main supplier of all listed packaging companies in China.
