Our company’s Nanjing science and technology project passed the acceptance
Recently, our company’s Nanjing science and technology project—Calcium Aluminum Silicon Nitrogen red phosphor for LCD LED backlight ( project number: 2010 chuangji 042), has passed the acceptance smoothly.
Based on the pilot study, the pilot line of red phosphor with annual production capacity of 80 kg was designed and built. By optimizing the parameters of powder mixing pretreatment, high temperature synthesis and post-treatment, the key technologies of industrialization were developed, which laid a foundation for large-scale production.
The project acceptance was organized by the Nanjing science and technology committee and the Nanjing financial bureau. The experts of the acceptance team listened to the work summary, technical summary and reviewed other relevant materials of the project. After full discussion, it is considered that Bree has fully completed all the tasks stipulated in the project contract and successfully reached the international advanced level. The acceptance group unanimously agreed to pass the project acceptance.
The implementation of this project has great significance to promote the application level of rare earth in China, break through the foreign technology monopoly, and improve the rare earth industry chain of Jiangsu province, especially to upgrade the technological optimization of our company.
