Recently, Bree obtained a national invention patent, named: “Post processing method for fluorescent powder of luminescent diode”, Patent No. ZL200710132013.4.
The invention provides a processing method for fluorescent powder of luminescent diode, comprising primary pickling, secondary pickling, high temperature recovery treatment, silylation treatment and drying process.
When the phosphor was treated, the luminescent properties was improved, surface residual flux was removed effectively, the crystallinity of particle was increased, and the luminescence properties and emission intensity were improved observably. By silylation of the phosphor surface, the quality of the packaged LED can be effectively improved.
