On April 13, the first special training course of high-tech entrepreneur cultivation plan in Jiangsu province was held in the Provincial Party School. Mr. He Jinhua attended the training course.
Zhao Yongxian, the vice minister of the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, director of the Provincial Talent Office, secretary of the Party committee of the provincial state and capital committee, Xia Bing, the deputy director of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Hu Zhijun, the education director of Provincial Party School, and other leaders attended the opening ceremony. Minister Zhao made an important speech, and made clear requirements to training job.
The training course invited experts from the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Provincial IP Office and famous accounting firms, and 102 scientific and technological entrepreneurs attended the course. The training course mainly focused on the province’s talent work, science and technology innovation projects, high-tech enterprise accreditation standards, enterprise IP management, enterprise R&D building and financial collection of R&D expenses.
