One invention patent was granted

Recently, another invention patent of our company has been granted by the state intellectual property office .
The invention provides a rare earth co-activated nitrides red phosphor, which can effectively improve the luminescent properties of phosphor by co-doping of multi-trace elements.The nitride phosphor obtained by the invention can be adjusted in the range of 620-680nm and can meet the packaging requirements of low color temperature and high color display white LED.
The above invention patents have been applied in the company's products , which will have a positive impact on the company's market development and product promotion.
