Our company uphold the concept of science and technology cast the foundation, pay attention to personnel training and professional knowledge.In order to improve the professional level and business capacity, the company has conducted one week training for employees of different departments, including professional knowledge, financial knowledge and intellectual property and so on.
In the training the professional teacher explained the LED luminescence mechanism, LED basic knowledge, phosphor system, LED package in detail. The person in charge of finance of the company gave lectures on basic financial knowledge. The head of intellectual property gave a lecture on the basics of intellectual property.All staff’s learning enthusiasm was very strong, the training atmosphere was active, we listen attentively, took notes carefully, discussedheated, enhanced our professional standards.All the staff passed the final examination with excellent results .
This training provided a good opportunity to improve the professional knowledge and professional level of the staff.
