Bree implements and improves the mechanism of "attracting, cultivating, using and retaining talents", and strives to build a strong "dumbbell type" talent team with scientific research innovation and technology promotion in parallel. Now it has a high-level talent team of more than 50 people, including 7 doctors and nearly 40 masters. The research team has a reasonable structure, covering rare earth luminescent materials, material science, electronic material manufacturing, chemical engineering, polymer chemistry and other disciplines, forming a stable talent echelon dominated by young and middle-aged research backbones, with the ability to undertake major national scientific research tasks and participate in international competition.
