  公司研发团队于国内率先开发出高性能磷酸盐蓝色荧光粉以及氮氧化物蓝绿色荧光粉,使得全光谱荧光粉组合发光效率高出市场同类产品3-5%的发光效率。

  包括蓝光LED芯片(450-470nm)、紫光LED芯片(380-430nm)以及蓝光+紫光芯片激发的全光谱白光LED用荧光粉组合,可以实现显色指数Ra>97,所有特殊显色指数R1-R15均大于90的全光谱白光LED的指标,该类荧光粉组合发光效率高,耐久性能好。
