The high thermal conductivity ceramic circuit board is composed of a ceramic substrate and a metal bonded on the ceramic substrate. The combination of ceramic substrate and high-precision circuit can meet the application requirements of LED lighting, VCSEL, silicon carbide power devices and laser heat sink. We provide aluminum nitride and aluminum oxide substrates with different thermal conductivity grades, and substrates with different surface dimensions. In addition, nickel gold coating and nickel palladium coating can be selected.
