Recently, a new technology of Bree, “Fluorescent powder for white light luminescent diode and preparing method thereof”, was granted by the state intellectual property office. Now, Bree has more than 11 patent applications been granted.

National development and reform commission came to our company for inspection
On the morning of June 23, 2008, Mr. Meng Xiantang, the director of high technology industry department of the national development and reform commission, and his delegation conducted on-site investigation and inspection on the special project “industrialization of new flat panel display devices”. The expert group visited the production workshop on the spot, and then listened to the report on the implementation of the project from the project contractor. Nitride red phosphor successfully launched to the market
By the research of scientific research personnel, our company has introduced BR630, BR650 and BR660 nitride red phosphors. The relative brightness of the three phosphors increased about 10-20 percent than similar domestic products. After the customers’ aging test, the light aging of our products were superior to similar products in China, have been recognized by our customers. BR630 combined with YAG and green phosphor can achieve more than 85 color index after encapsulation, while BR650 and BR660 can reach more than 90 color index. They are suitable for high color white LED or low color temperature white LED packaging, also can be used for blue chip packaging purple LED.

Recently, the phosphor product used in color plasma display screen of our company was appraised as the fourth batch of high-tech product in 2009 by Jiangsu science and technology department.
