Recently, another invention patent of our company has been granted, named “Red fluorescent powder for white light LED based on blue light excitation and preparation thereof”, NO. ZL200910025010.X.

The invention discloses a new aluminate red phosphor which can be excited by LED blue light, the phosphor emits main peak is 615-620nm, the phosphor has good photothermal stability, high red luminous intensity and ideal color purity.
